FOLIE VILLAGE
The project offers an expanded hospitality program - a small 'town square', including a cafe, artisan food shops and restaurants serving local cuisine. This small commercial and cultural center offers space to socialize, shop and refresh, raising the profile of the destination and the tourism economy.
*Core 1 & Core 2 - Music Village
As a refined continuation of the Folie Marine, the main feature of the future development will be the vertical public stairs - connecting to the existing fabric and the beach promenade. The public staircase becomes a gathering ground and a host of activities designed into the flexibly programmed space. The extension of the green conservation area provides a natural barrier between the two Nuclei and provides a feeling of being surrounded by the natural landscape.
The project will include private villas as well as sea view apartments and penthouses.
This mega project will offer commercial spaces such as shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, as well as amenity spaces and supporting programs such as a world-class SPA, fitness suite, lively clubs on exclusive terraces and beachfront, casino and event spaces. .
Set to be built in Jalë, the project is inspired by the rich folk ecologies found in the nearby villages of Vunoi and Dhërmi.
Based between the mountain and the sea, the project aims to achieve a high sensitivity to man and nature, harmonizing with its context.
- The project started at the end of 2022 and is expected to be open in the summer of 2025.
