The project takes place in 5 buildings.
In Godinen 1, all premises will be used for living. In Godinen, the 2nd floor is partly residential and partly services, while the other floors are residential. Building 3 on the ground floor will have several banking institutions, while the other floors will be residential. Buildings 4 and 5, which are respectively located inside the square, one in L shape and the other in front of it, will have a hotel function and will be two hotels independent of each other, which will be connected only on the parking floor, which will be one and common. 4 of the buildings are crossed by pedestrian passages with a considerable width of about 6 meters, to make the recreational space more accessible and not to create solid divisions along it.
