Description
Based on the presented layout, the Object: "Residential and Service Complex, 2 and 7 floors with 1 underground parking floor" which is located on Rr. "Aleksander Moisiu", Tirana.
The object is developed on a plot of land with an area of 9555 m2 and a built-up area of 4291 m2.
The purpose of the designed project was not only the systematization and reorganization of the area in question, but also its revitalization.
The object is divided into two volumes with 2 and 7 floors. The solution of the volumes in plan, one in L shape and the other in U shape, to have the best possible positioning in the construction site.
The building has 1 floor of service and commercial premises, 6 residential floors and 1 underground parking floor.
The complex is organized with 8 levels to have the best possible orientation.
The vertical describability (elevators) are sufficient for the movement flow, also the corridors of the floor have sufficient width.
The free surface of the building is composed of important functional and aesthetic elements in the service of the residents.
The entrance to all the apartments to the living room is through the corridor.
Both the day area and the night area have their respective hygienic-sanitary units positioned in the separate corridors.
The composition on the facade is designed using straight elements that are differentiated from each other by the colors and materials used.
We don't have any floors, we played with the composition and movement of the windows and balconies. High windows are used, which give the premises more light and a good view of nature.
Their placement on the facade is done in such a way as to create a regular rhythm and repetition.
The vertical nodes of communication consisting of stairs and elevators, two in each section, are positioned in the center of the section, providing optimal conditions for the movement of residents.
The building offers rational and economic living spaces, offering optimal living and service conditions, as well as sanitation and ventilation.
