Description:

- The refinery operates on an area of 20,000 m2, and is located near some of the most important oil deposits in Albania.
- The refinery was established in 2016 with the purpose of activity: Design, construction and use of technological facilities (refineries), pipelines and deposits for the processing, transportation, storage and trading (import and export) of oil, gas and their by-products, as well as biofuels and residual oils.
- The current production capacity of the refinery can reach 70 tons in 24 hours.
- For the realization of this project, the best Chinese experience combined with national resources and Albanian experience in the processing of crude oil was used.
The products produced by the refinery meet all Albanian standards.

- Refinery operations are all certified by the Central Technical Inspectorate
- From the performed inspections, it was found that the refinery meets the emission standards and all safety standards.
- Another key process during the processing of Albanian crude oil (known as heavy oil) is the bitumen factory
- The refinery is equipped with modern laboratories, using different methods for Oil Characterization.
- Total storage capacity: 2000 tons.

- There are 5 warehouses, 2 of which have been completely restored by and can be used for different purposes.
- A refinery with a daily capacity of up to 5,000 tons and a storage capacity of up to 15,000 tons can be planned in this property.
