-The entire project has been developed using seven different types of domes, each of seven floors – an average height characteristic of most buildings in Tirana. Each cube embodies a unique concept related to art and also inspired by the local language. The initial phase of construction consists of thirteen domes, each measuring 22.5 m by 22.5 m at three different heights, which gives the composition a fluid and dynamic profile.
